Sweet Little Palm Tree

Every morning at my Oahu home, I sit on the lanai with my coffee and my Bible while the sun makes its way into the sky. The street in front of our house is lined with palm trees, and there’s one little palm tree that always catches my eye. It’s significantly smaller than the others around it, but it stands so confidently, like nothing could bother it and like it knows where it belongs. This piece is inspired by that sweet little palm tree.
